Modern BCAA is an essential part of both stacks, but so are other great workout supplements created by USPlabs.

The Modern BCAA Stack Groundwork

Before we get into the details, we need to lay the groundwork. You need to make sure that you are eating properly before you think about your supplements! Even though you won’t likely get all the nutrition you need just from your diet if your goal is bodybuilding, you also aren’t going to get all the nutrition you need from your supplements. You absolutely must eat a ton of protein. How you get that protein is pretty much up to you, but you want to make sure to avoid carbs and sugars if you can, and especially artificial additives. We recommend a protein rich diet (meats, fish, nuts, and so on) as well as some whey protein either in the form of whey protein concentrate or whey protein isolate. The whey protein isolates would be preferable since the quality is superior and the fat and lactose have been removed from the isolate form; the remaining substance is 90% protein according to its weight. This stuff won’t give you indigestion like some cheaper proteins might. We also suggest you take a multivitamin of your choice, as well as an Omega 3 fish oil or flaxseed supplement.

The Modern BCAA Stack for Bulking

For this stack, you’re going to want to use Modern BCAA (of course), the Asteroid Stack (Prime, Anabolic Pump, and PowerFULL), whey protein isolate, Jack3d, Creatine Monohydrate, and Casein Protein. You may also want to throw in Pink Magic if you need a testosterone booster.

Asteroid Stack and the The Modern BCAA Stack

The Asteroid Stack is a 12 week cycle of three very popular USPLabs products. PowerFULL boosts your HGH (human growth hormone) levels, while Anabolic Pump takes care of your GLUT4 activation (this is a hormone which carries nutrition to your muscles). Prime meanwhile amplifies the effects of both.

Jack3d is a pre-workout energy supplement by USPLabs which contains Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (Geranium [Stem]), and Schizandrol A, but none of the artificial ingredients which you want to avoid.

To take the Asteroid Stack:

During week one, 1 capsule of Anabolic pump should be taken twice a day, 15-20 minutes before your meals. Your meals must include complex carbs for the supplement to really work. Try and space your doses out with 6-8 hours of time in between. After week one, switch to 3 tablets a day.

PowerFULL should be taken thirty minutes before workouts. For the first couple weeks, just take 2 before workouts, and 2 more before bed on an empty stomach. After that, switch to 3 before your workouts, and stick with 2 before bed.

For your first couple weeks, take 3 capsules of Prime 3 times per day with meals, then take 2 capsules 3 times per day with meals for weeks 3-6, and then alternate back to 2 for weeks 7-8, and back to 3 for weeks 9-12.

90 minutes before your workout, also take 30-40g of whey protein isolate.

A half hour before you work out, take Jack3d at your preferred dosage level.

Prepare Modern BCAA before you work out by dissolving 2 level scoops into 20 ounces of water. Bring this with you to your workout and enjoy it during the course of your exercise!

After you work out, immediately take 30-40g of whey protein isolate again along with 20g of carbs and also 5g of creatine monohydrate powder. There’s creatine in Jack3d—so if you took 3 scoops of Jack3d, don’t worry about the creatine step. If you only took 2 scoops, than take 2g of creatine. If you only had 1 scoop of Jack3d, take 4g of creatine.

A half hour or an hour after your workout, eat some carbs and natural fats. Just before you go to bed, either take a casein protein supplement or eat some cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, or almond butter.

On days you aren’t working out, make sure you still take 5-10g of creatine monohydrate powder along with some juice, and keep up with your Asteroid Stack supplements. And don’t forget to eat plenty of protein-rich foods! If you choose, you can use a weight gainer in moderation like Dymatize Super Mass Gainer Hardcore. You may also want to take some Pink Magic to boost your testosterone!

The Modern BCAA Stack for Cutting

Want to know the best stack combo to lose weight and tone up? Here’s an 8 week plan which also includes Modern BCAA.

Keep taking your multivitamin and fish oil, but now add in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). We recommend you take 3-4g per day. You can split the dosage in half; 2g before bed, and 2 in the morning.

Keep taking your Modern BCAA during your workouts so that you get all the great benefits of these amino acids.

On workout days, throw in 2 capsules of Recreate (also by USPlabs) in the morning. Thirty minutes before your workout, take your Jack3d, and then get your Modern BCAA mix ready. Drink this while you work out, and then fifteen minutes after you’re done working out, take your whey protein isolate and 3g of creatine monohydrate powder (if you didn’t take the full dose of Jack3d). A half hour before dinner, take one more capsule of Recreate.

On days you won’t be working out, keep taking CLA with your multivitamin and omega 3. Also take OxyELITE Pro (just follow the instructions on the label), and continue using Modern BCAA. You can drink Modern BCAA even while you’re not working out and enjoy some great health benefits.
